The family houses project SUNNY HILL LIVING IN FRYMBURK is located in the beautiful location of a town of Frymburk, in close proximity to the beach of the South Bohemian “sea” – the Lipno Dam.

Individual family houses will be located in A, B, C, D, E and F locations (hereinafter referred to as “houses”) on plots having the total area of 20,971.00 square meters, in the cadastral territory of Frymburk. Terraced houses, patio houses and stand-alone houses, including appurtenance and parking spaces on the plots, are placed in these locations.

Frymburk is a picturesque recreational town, located on the peninsula by the Lipno Dam. Due to its wide offer, it becomes an attractive destination for many Czech and foreign tourists. In the summer, you can experience many pleasant, but also very exciting moments in doing water sports and using other attractions on the surface of the largest lake in the Central Europe. The wide offer can be found also “on shore”. There are also adjusted cross-country ski tracks, free snow-covered terrain for romantic trips, and slopes with a ski lift adjusted for down-hill skiing.
