At this stage of the construction, the work is constructed as a non-equipped house, and all the standards (above-standards) will be done after the approval of individual houses (blocks).
Changes made by the client apply only to the interior equipment and used materials, or possibly terraces, arbours, car shelters and garden design. It involves especially the paving, sanitary equipment, doorframes, doors etc.
Future owners are not limited in any way and everything is subject to agreement, which will form integral part of the contract for the work done, and will be recorded as changes made by the client.
